Where can I get product catalogs, images and other information?  Yomega’s wholesale catalog, along with images of our products are available online at www.yomega.com under our Business to Business section, which is password protected.  In order to gain access to this section please call Chris Sullivan, Yomega’s Sales Director, at 508-672-7399 ext. 204 or email him at c.sullivan@yomega.com.   You can also email your catalog request to Mr. Sullivan and we will send out a printed copy of our current wholesale catalog and price list. 

How do I establish a line of credit?
In order to establish a line of credit with Yomega please download a pdf copy of our credit application, fill it out, sign it and fax it back to Yomega at 1-508-677-1599 or email it to c.sullivan@yomega.com.

Can I use a credit card to order?
Yomega accepts Mastercard, Visa, American Express.  Please be sure to provide us with the following information when paying by credit card:

  • Cardholder Name
  • Credit Card Number
  • Expiration Date
  • 3 Digit Security Code on the back of card

What are your minimum order quantities?
Yomega does not require a minimum order dollar amount, however we require that all items be ordered in standard case pack quantities (usually 12 or 24, depending on the item).

Do you offer FOB Hong Kong programs?

What are Yomega’s freight terms?

Do you offer in store promotional support?

What are your lead times?
Yomega stocks all of the products it offers to the retail trade and all domestic orders normally ship within 3 to 5 business days.  Backordered items normally ship within 30 days, depending on the season.  Direct import orders normally ship F.O.B. Hong Kong 35 to 45 days from the time the order is placed.

Are custom printed products available?
